SEEDS OF CODE

Seeding code in girls one byte at a time

ABOUT

SEEDS OF CODE

Seeds of Code is a non-profit that encourages and teaches girls the world of computer science and coding.  Our mission is to seed code in girls at an early age one byte at a time so that as girls grow they are taught the importance of education and how the knowledge of code is a great tool for their future.  The founder of Seeds of Code, Anya Kumar, is a 17-year-old junior from Holy Names Academy in Seattle, WA. She has a strong passion for coding and computer science as well as encouraging and teaching girls. She decided to combine both of her passions and create Seeds of Code.
